Skin O Art – Cancellation Policy

At Skin O Art by Dr. Boby Krishna, we value your time and ours. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure smooth scheduling, effective patient care, and fair use of consultation slots.
1. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
  • Cancellations can be done via phone call or by direct visit to the clinic
  • Same-day cancellations may attract a cancellation fee
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to booking restrictions
2. Video Consultation Cancellations
  • Video consultations require full payment at the time of booking confirmation
  • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the appointment are eligible for rescheduling
  • Late cancellations or no-shows for video consultations are non-refundable
  • Failure to join the video consultation at the scheduled time will be treated as a no-show
3. No-Show Policy
  • A no-show occurs when a patient fails to attend an appointment without prior notice
  • No-show appointments are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling
  • Repeated no-shows may result in permanent restriction from online bookings
4. Refund Policy
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are not applicable for missed appointments or late cancellations
  • Any approved refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund timelines depend on the payment gateway and bank processing policies
5. Clinic-Initiated Cancellations
  • If an appointment is cancelled by Skin O Art due to unavoidable circumstances, patients will be offered rescheduling or a full refund
  • Skin O Art is not liable for any indirect costs incurred by the patient due to appointment cancellation
6. Emergency & Technical Issues
  • Technical issues during video consultations must be reported immediately
  • Rescheduling due to verified technical failures may be allowed at the clinic’s discretion
  • Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis
7. Policy Updates

Skin O Art reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
