2. Appointment Booking

• All appointments are subject to prior booking.
• Online booking may be for in-clinic visits or video consultations.
• Appointment confirmation is subject to availability.

3. Online Video Consultations

• Video consultations are intended for preliminary assessment, follow-ups, and general medical advice.
• Some conditions may require physical examination or in-clinic evaluation.
• Patients must ensure proper internet connectivity and device compatibility.
• Prescriptions, if issued, are based solely on information provided during the consultation.

4. Payments & Online Payment Gateway

• Online video consultations require full advance payment through the integrated payment gateway.
• All payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers.
• Skin O Art is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, gateways, or technical issues beyond its control.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

• In-clinic appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Video consultations may be rescheduled once if requested at least 6 hours before the appointment.
• Missed or unattended video consultations are non-refundable.
• Consultation fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.
